2024 Estate Pinot Noir Dry Rosé

Huntington has been making a dry rosé from Estate Grown Pinot Noir since 1986 from vines planted in 1969. We’ve been on a journey to evolve the style from the deeply coloured, juicy, strawberries and cream flavoured original to a more modern expression of the fruit and wine style. I feel like we’ve arrived at our destination!

6.2T of fruit picked from Block 12 24/01/2024 at 12.4Bé. Crushed and lightly pressed, free run only to tank. Ultra dry 09/02/2024, bottled 25/06/2024 at 13.36% alc. 300 cases produced.
