Win a luxury, money-can't-buy, weekend getaway for up to 8 people in beautiful Mudgee. Stay in an exquisite house in the vines, indulge in a private Winemaker's dinner at your accomodation, a private Winemaker's tasting in the Barrel Hall, and a guided Vineyard Walk. What else you do is up to you!

THE WEEKEND

Stay at Abercorn, owned by our lovely neigbours Matthew and Sara, who bought Tim's first winery and vineyard. Matthew and Sara have renovated the cellar door, transforming it into the most beautful residence, currently used as a 5-Star Air BnB. Check out their listing here.

Abercorn is an architecturally designed, artisan-built country house with spacious, stylish, light-filled interiors and wrap around views. With four serene bedrooms, four bathrooms, games room, an outdoor terrace, firepit and gardens, Abercorn is the perfect place for a weekend stay in Mudgee.
All just a short walk across the paddock to Huntington Estate!

The prize contains well over $3000 of value, and includes 2 nights accomodation, a private wine tasting, a private winemaker's dinner, a guided vineyard tour and a stocked wine fridge. Friday night dinner. Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast are your responsibility.

THE ITINERARY

FRIDAY

Arrive at accommodation and settle in.

The wine fridge will be fully stocked, and local cheeses and small goods will be provided.

We recommend dinner at The Barn, Blue Wren (booking required).

Alternately, we can arrange local Gooree Park Wagyu steaks & sausages for you to BBQ.

SATURDAY

Private wine tasting with Tim - museum, current releases and barrel tasting of future wines. Grazing board will be provided.

Private Winemaker's Dinner with Chief Winemaker Tim & his wife Nicky at Abercorn. 

We recommend Millbrie for breakfast.

SUNDAY

Guided morning vineyard walk with Tim, check out of accommodation by 10am.

We recommend Alby & Esthers for breakfast.

The draw will take place on 22/01/24 and the winners will be notified by email.
The prize is not transferable, nor exchangeable for the cash equivalent.

Booking is subject to availability at the accomodation and excludes school holidays (excepting Summer 2025), long weekends and the Christmas period.
Prize must be redeemed within 18 months of the draw.
