Chief Winemaker and Vigneron Tim’s love affair with Vintage Fortified Wines is well known - and he's not too bad at making it, winning more than 20 Trophies for these wines under the Abercorn and Huntington labels.
Port is the ultimate ageing style of wine, and while it is perfect with cheese at the end of a large meal, it is also wonderful with plum pudding, chocolatey desserts, or as an accompaniment to words of wit and wisdom between those you love.
From the 16 year old 2007 to the pre-release of the 2015, this is a great selection of Trophy and medal winning wines for the all wine lovers. Tim has written a tasting booklet, with notes on each vintage and some guidance on how best to serve the wines
