The Four Seasons Dry Red

Fruity and full to medium bodied.

VINEYARD / WINEMAKING 2019 was warm and dry; 2021 was cool and wet. Mudgee fruit (2 parcels from our neighbours, plus some Huntington Estate Block 10) was made and bottled in house. Each batch was made separately and blended prior to bottling. The wine is a Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon blend (83% Shiraz). 2019 Shiraz provides the structure and heart of the wine, 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon and Block 10 Shiraz bring enhanced fruit and freshness.

TASTING NOTE Purple and red fruits to the fore with warm spice, white pepper, leafy tobacco and an appealing toastiness in support. The wine is medium to full-bodied with good grip, softness and a long, fruity finish. 14.5% Alc.
