2018 Huntington Estate 'The Four Seasons' Dry White
Friendly, fruity and fresh!
WINEMAKING A blend of 50% Semillon & 50% Chardonnay from the Huntington Estate vineyards. Mudgee fruit was crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine spent 2 weeks on lees to extract maximum flavour and body. The Chardonnay saw a bit of french oak which rounded out the palate.
IN NOSE Citrus, stone fruit and a hint of white flower.
IN MOUTH Medium-bodied, with fresh citrus fruit and a rounded, soft palate.
CELLAR Until 2021.
DRINK As an aperitif, with chicken, fish and delicate cheeses.
