About Pilu: 

Modern, contemporary Italian dishes inspired by the region of Sardinia, enjoyed in their heritage listed beach house, on the edge of Freshwater Beach. Giovanni’s philosophy lies at the heart of the restaurant; “Food, and the hospitality associated with sharing it, is integral to the Sardinian way of life.” Using locally sourced ingredients, Giovanni creates modern, contemporary Italian dishes.

Sails on Lavender Bay is perched on the shore of Sydney’s magnificent harbour with post card views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The menu is original and extensive - reflecting the seasons and freshness of the local produce. The menu offers what can be described as a contemporary interpretation of classic French cooking techniques, with an emphasis on fresh seafood.
